With the formulation of an integrated architectural proposal in collaboration with the owner, the next stage follows, which includes the elaboration of all studies (mechanical, static, electrical, etc.) and the completion of all bureaucratic procedures by Barbatsis Architects and its partners, with the final goal of issuing the building permit.
